We tailor our treatments/adjustments to the patient and their condition. Our treatments vary from very light/gentle low force to more forceful approaches. We have special training to handle extremity problems such as: ankle sprain/strain, foot pronation, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, knee, and shoulder injuries. Many of the injuries or complaints of the hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, knees, ankles, and feet can be helped with proper chiropractic treatments. Headaches/Migraines

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)
Often we utilize interferential current (IFC) and sometimes other types of EMS. However, we find IFC is more comfortable, more effective and better tolerated by our patients. The purpose of IFC is to reduce inflammation, reduce pain and assist in normalizing muscle tone. The IFC feels like a deep tingling and there is no risk of shock.

Ultrasound
These are high pulsed sound waves that occur above the level of normal human detection. The sound waves at our office are purposefully pulsed to avoid excessive heating of the tissues. The ultrasound helps to kinetically push swelling/inflammation out of the tissues and this allows a more rapid healing. Ultrasound helps a lot in arthritic conditions, various tendinitis problems and in the reduction of scar tissue/adhesions from both current and previous injuries.

Infrasonic Sound (Chi Gong)
This is an interesting device that was initially developed in China. The sound waves occur below the normal level of human hearing and run approximately from 4-14 Hertz. Scientists have found a remarkable ability of these sound waves to speed up healing of damaged tissues and ability to calm excessive nervous activity. This is the same frequency pattern associated with Chi-Gong healers in China. The sound waves also have a beneficial effect on the acupuncture system.

Acupuncture
This ancient form of healing has been around for approximately 3000 years and is often misunderstood. To date it has been found that acupuncture stimulation is known to cause changes in nervous system response and can trigger different biochemical changes in the nervous system which can affect different aspects of body function.

Digital Foot Analysis
We have a fully computerized device that can provide in a few seconds, a high definition color printout of most imbalances stemming from the feet/ankles. The feet/ankles are often times overlooked as a potential cause of reoccurring postural and musculoskeletal problems throughout the body.

Cold Level Laser or Low Level Laser (CLL, LLL)
This is truly a high-tech advance therapy that has such widespread benefits to the human body. The primary effect of LLL is to expedite healing, reduction of pain and improve communication to damaged/dysfunctional nerves and fascia.

To date, scientists have found that these tiny packets of energy released by the laser, called photons, must have a specific wavelength and power in order to stimulate the cells. They have found that it increases enzymatic activity and more importantly increases the cellular energy packets called ATP (Adenosine triphosphate). It also has been found the LLL can uncoil scar/adhesive tissue, and can be used post-operatively to reduce pain and restore normal function and motion to the body. Currently, the LLL that we use is FDA approved for chronic neck/back pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome and soon may be approved to help other neurological problems and degenerative neurological diseases.

EB-Pro (Ionic Foot Detoxifier)
In today’s environment our bodies are constantly bombarded by a litany of chemicals and sometimes highly toxic chemicals in our environment. These contaminates can come from our water, air, food, microbes and can also pass through our skin upon contact. Many of these chemical toxins form bonds with many protein structures in our bodies both within our cells and between our cells. Many of these toxins can be found in our connective tissues or found in the intracellular matrix made up of hyaluronan gel, collagen fibers and glycosamineoglycans.
